  Film Strip Intro Effect

  I’d like to know how to create an intro that begins with it looking like film is slowing winding up to full speed with some frames perceptible, finally winding back down/out.

  Hopefully you know what I am talking about. Can Vegas achieve this without outside programs helping? I think its great for a credit to the maker for a brief few seconds.
