I have searched the knowledge base, the read me files and the forums and can’t find anything that deals with this problem.
I was getting close to locking my feature, when I went ahead and downloaded the 5.1.6 update (I know, probably foolish).

My problem is with Film Scribe. Before the update, it was working fine. Now it displays this exception error:

    Exception: SATX_LOAD_ERR,file:_WebMacros.cp,line:191,token:vSourceDurationFmt
    Exception: ACX_SYMBOL_NOT_FOUND,name:vSourceDurationFmt

I have unistalled and reinstalled the 5.1.6 Film Scribe. I have re-downloaded 5.1.6 and unistalled and reinstalled with same exact result.

I finally locked the movie and now I can’t generate the neg cut list. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry — I meant to reply to this, not start a new thread.

You need a new template file. I can email one to you.

I’m also getting this error. Could someone please e-mail me the template? I’m having problems with the Columnar Template in particular. (Weblists works OK.)
Thanks so much for your help!
