Film Projector Effect
Hi there!
Does anyone happen to know where I can find a tutorial that lays down the basics of how to do the “film projector” effect that happens during the Jim Henson segment of this American Express commercial:

Start playing with blut changes, along with scale changes with added glows. Motion blur is what brings the quick position changes to life.
