    Hey Noah,

From your Callbox Panasonic 100 DVD which is EXCELLENT I learned the following:

    1. For Film out shoot 24PA
    2. Is Squeeze mode ever acceptable for film out? I’ve some conflicting data published online.
    3. On the Film “November”, they shot 4×3 24pA and cropped for film in their post trasnfer to film out.
    4. Whats reccommended today with 2008 technology?
    5. We plan on using Letus 35MM adapters soon, any additional suggestions?

I’ve got a few more miles with my 100B before we go Ex1 or Ex3

    Thanks,

    Thomas

24pA. Squeeze is ok- an optical anamorphic adaptor or 35mm adaptor is much better though. I would consider looking into moving up to HD for this. Yes you can get a nice filmout from the DVX- with a fair amount of post finessing and $$$. Starting from an HD version to begin with will make things a lot simpler.
