Fill shape with color?!
This was working fine earlier. But I’m trying to make shapes to cover up certain parts of a graphic. I just want a rectangle filled with black – how simple can you get? no matter what I do, the rectangle is transparent so I’m pretty sure it’s making a mask – How do i fill it with black – what am i doing wrong?

Oh forget it – it was something dumb – my layer was in the wrong spot and the color I was choosing was the same as the background color – duh!
