I exported some Alexa clips in Resolve 7 with MXF DNX 1080p 220/185/175 10bit and my client who is on an Avid is having trouble opening them up.
I have brought that MXF file back into resolve and it looked fine
    Anyone have any insight?
We did a Tiff seq. worked fine

Is this version 8? I only had a chance to test it briefly, but I did a quick test of .ari to MXF, and re-linked to the ALE generated from a Codex magazine. This was Media Composer 4.0.5. Make sure that you can see the reel name in Resolve. If you don’t have it set to use the embedded reel name it seems to leave it out and make Avid angry.

Your end of things should be ok. For avid you don’t import the mxf, you have to place it in the right folder in the avid media files folder. Then use the media tool to place the new clips in your bin. It’s a huge time saver.
