  Files section on CC

  Is anyone finding the 20GB files feature on CC to be useful? My CC desktop app still says “coming soon” (yes, it’s current). I can manually access the files section via the web, but…

  1. Movie clips do not play in any sort of browser or player. I’ve tried both MOV and MP4 formats. All I see is a static thumbnail image. Same in various browsers.
  2. If I send a link to a video file as a public link to another person, they can see the same thumbnail of the clip, but cannot play it or even download it.

  This is on a Mac using Mavericks (10.9.1).
