March 24, 2010 at 3:43 pmFilter out your c drive. In media creation settings, set your precomputes to your media drives.

March 24, 2010 at 4:22 pmMedia Creation settings are project based. Are you sure these media and render files are from the project you changed the Media creation settings in?
Are you checking to makes sure the C:/ drive is not selected on any of the media creation tabs import, render, etc?
What OS and version of MC are you using?

March 26, 2010 at 5:34 pmHi,
Have you checked your destination when you render an effect or create a video mixdown that it’s not sending it to the C drive?
