File wont play on Blu-Ray
I did a high school graduation video last spring on Blu-Ray. Each student had a short slide show clip that was made in After Effects (using various slide templates from VideoHive). I took those individual clips in to Premiere, where we added some more ‘plain’ slide shows. Each student had 2 or 3 separate segments. We combined those in to one segment for each student, then exported as MPG-2 BluRay files. We set up the disc with a menu that lets the viewer jump to any student’s slideshow.
Everything works fine except for one segment for one student. It was the part that was made in After Effects that won’t play from the BD disc. I have re-exported that file from After Effects many times, changed export settings in Premiere (including trying h264 Blu-Ray).
NOTHING that I have tried will make this one segment play.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, as this one student would like to be able to see her own slideshow!
