Is there a calculator or formula that will allow me to compare the final file size when I change the resolution and the file format… example.. I have a 1920×1080 mp4 @ 4.22 GB… if I switch it to say 720×480 avi..the file size will be XXX

    Thanks

Not really. File size is not dictated by Frame Size, or Frame Rate, or even codec used. Rather, the BIT RATE determines the file size.

If you know the bit rate of the format you wish to export to, and know the duration of the video, then you can figure out file size.

Do a web search for video bit rate calculator

    Thanks
