My file size for one of my projects on Premier Pro CS5 is too large. I added 21 minuets of video at 1920 X 1080 and created my sequence at 720 X 480. But now it keeps freezing up. It says my files size for this project is 354,213 KB. What can I do to fix this problem? I even deleted one of my large sequences and after doing that my file size actually doubled in size

Check the size of your project file? Premiere has a bug where the project file bloats to sizes that will keep your projects from opening. The work around for now is if you can get it to open to delete all your preview and render files and then re-save. It should bring your project file down to a manageable size.
