  File size delivery issues

  I’m running final cut pro HD 4.5 on a Mac G4 and my client has issues with file size of the finished product. They can only post the video in 50 MB increments. Does anyone have an idea on how to calculate the best image for the smallest file size. There is about 4 hours of footage they need to post to their company website. Also a good program for doing this type of thing. My version of Compressor doesn’t work with the G4 so Compressor doesn’t seem to be an option here.
