  File size after linking to after effects

  Hi everyone,

  Could anyone give me some advice?

  Im working on a clip in Premiere in which i have replaced part with an After Effects composition as I have had to mask out some areas.

  When exported the size has increased to five times the size that it was exporting before i made the After Effects composition.

  Is there a way round this as I want to upload these clips online and they are becoming pretty big.

  My original files are H.264, 1920 x 1080, Millions
  Linear PCM, 16 bit little-endian signed integer, 2 channels, 48000 Hz
  25 frames.

  I am exporting for the web as H.264 files at 1280,720, which I’m not sure is best export anyway..
