I have old footage that I took from a .vob file and converted to an .mov file with MPEG streamclip. In quicktime, the .mov file looked great and filled the screen perfectly. however, once I imported it into FCP, the image resized to about a third of the screen and was off center. Any thoughts on why this is happening and what I can do to fix this? Resizing the picture with the motion tab is not a great solution as I end up losing clarity. Thanks.

You must have some settings wrong in either Mpeg streamclip or FCP.

My guess would be MPEG streamclip.
