File recovery for corrupted audio file
What happened: Recorded an interview with Zoom H4N, and toward the end the recorder stopped recording, with an error message “SD Card Full.” I stopped it, SD Card was not full, started a new recording and finished the interview. Afterward, the first file, the one with the majority of the interview, was nowhere to be found. Using a file recovery program (Data Recovery Pro by Pareto), I was able to recover the file, but only the first 5 minutes play. Any advice?
