    Hello,

I transferred a project file that I started on a new MacBook Pro to a new Mac Pro. When I open the project on the MacPro the file path changes and half of the media goes offline. When I try to relink the media it sees the media in the reconnect dialogue but once I point to the media it does not come up in the files located window and doesn’t give me the option to connect.

When I go back and open the project file on the MacBook Pro everything is online. I tried saving different versions of the project file but it doesn’t seem to help.

I am using the same external g-tech 2tb drive that I started the project on. Both computers are running fcp 7.02. The media files are Panasonic p2 files.

    Any ideas what’s causing this?

    Thanks,

    Rafael
