    Hi

I have tried importing a file and get the error message, File is corrupt or an unknown format.

I can play the video with WMP and I can import it in Cyberlink Power Director, but it will not import into Vegas Pro 14.

Any suggestions for an approach to solving this?

The file is available here if someone would have the time to download and attempt loading it.

Here is a link to download a game: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ysuaie6bg3zs4ao/NS%20Vs%20Vees%20ViPr%20Scorebar.mp4?dl=0

I am afraid all my video this upcoming season will be like this and my hands will be tied.

    Thanks

    Whit

Some odd things about the format:

Writing application : vlc 2.2.4 stream output

    Width : 1 280 pixels
    Height : 738 pixels

    Frame rate mode : Variable
    Frame rate : 24.973 FPS
Minimum frame rate : 1.389 FPS
Maximum frame rate : 25.000 FPS

That’s an odd video format for hardware to be writing.

I would try re-encoding it with Handbrake or FFMPEG (if you know command line.)
