File I/O Error
When I try to export my FCP 4.5 sequences to Quicktime movie, self-contained or not, the process begins but is aborted and I get the File I/O Error message. Then, if I try to use compressor, the same error message invariably appears and the process is aborted. My work-a-round has been to play the sequence, copy it to DV tape, then re-capture the edited sequence and that will then convert to a Quicktime movie, no problem. But it is unsatisfactory. Does anyone have a better suggestion than to just recapture all the original footage? Thank you for your help.
