    I recently acquired PhotoshopCS2.

I’m trying to figure out something and thought maybe someone here on the COW could help.

When I export files –say for the web, and I export differents versions of the same file —say one is .jpg and the other is .gif. When I forward these files to someone I am collaborating with they can’t seem to open the file. After discussing with the person we discovered that the file extensions were not present and that typing the extension into the file solved the problem.

I notice this issure even when I export from PS CS2 for my own uses. Sometimes the extension is there sometimes they are not. I would like to always have my extensions ‘on’. Am I missing something in the way that I have Photoshop setup?
