file error?
while conforming hdv footage to print to hdv video I get this message every time.
File Error: The specific file is open and in use by this or another application.
What does that mean?
Is this FCP version of a joke, “in use by this application” Well YES.

never mind, I pulled my thumb out of my ass and did a search. Ken Weiss advice might be right.
