File duplication in Media Encoder Process
Just wanting to know something Rich Harrington did not mention on his Adobe Watch Folders Video Tutorial.
He did not cover it issue of having a duplicate High resolution video that goes to the Source Watch folder as you copy file to it, as well as the original file that is in your project – exports folder. When dropping your hi-res file onto a compressor droplet, it just generates your desired output file. Is there no way Media encoder can work like this so as to not have the headache of having duplicate hi-res files as well as the output file?
