Need to compress two AF (CS4) videos for -high quality viewing- on Vimeo! Rendered as .MOV at several gigs – need to size down without losing the quality! I’m using a Macbook…
currently, the two (several minutes in length) videos i have are at 720 x 480 and 960 x 540

Have you seen Vimeo’s guidelines on compression?

Also, you’d want to use Compressor or Quicktime Pro to do this compression with the high-quality MOV files you already have, rather than trying to use After Effects as a compressor.
