FIinal Cut Pro x Importing footage problems
I have footage on my camera filmed in 4:3 and 16:9 but when i got to import it in to final cut pro x it converts them all to 4:3 before they have even been imported? Im getting so frustrated as when i worked with iMovie it would import them all in the correct sizes and now I’m using this powerful software and i can’t seem to do something which was so simple on iMovie!? PLEASE HELP ME!!??

If it’s SD footage you can change the interpretation in the Inspector with the Anamorphic Override field in the Info tab.
