    Hi all,

    Any suggestions on good microphones that will exceed the capabilities of the HVX-200’s built in mic, but will be easy to set up and perform well for some interior or exterior field interviews?

    I’ve used a Sennheiser ME 62 in the past for interior interviews, and it performed very well. Can I plug such a mic directly into the HVX-200’s XLR audio inputs?

    Anybody worked with Panasonic’s AG-MC100G mic that mention in the manual?

    I bought the Rode NTG-1. You just need to buy a separate connector. Works great. Fits right into the Panasonic mic holder.
