Field monitor Ikan choices for hvx200(orginal) VX7i vs VX9e

Since these 2 are the same price, would it be better to get the new smaller VX7i IPS screen and higher resolution , or the VX9e

Both seem comparable in specs are there any benefits of one over the other?

Has anyone here used either, if so what are your thoughts.

VX7 is a better monitor. Here is an equivalent for $100 less:

I picked one up for $650 when they had a sale.

I’ve own the Ikan, Marshall and the LCD4Video and the LCD4Video is a great monitor.
