Hi there,
I have a Quicktime file that is 1920*1080 wit a Animation codec and I would like to convert it to a .ts or .mpg file MPEG-2 video and MPEG Layer , 48000Hz Stereo(LR) wit a Data rate of 15 mbits/s.Im not sure how to input the mbit/s as the client has asked for these exact requirements and keeps sending back every render as wrong.
Any help would be grate.

the option is -b 15M. You might consider setting maxrate and minrate and bufsize as well.

Just noticed the title of this post…..
Are you referring to the very outdated OSX GUI called ffmpegX or the ffmpeg command line program?
FfmpegX was built on a very old ffmpeg version…. not sure if they changed that recently (doubt it).
If you need a GUI, have a look at iFFmpeg for OSX which lets you update the core libraries and stay up to date with the syntax changes…..Otherwise, bite the bullet and go commando line;-)
