Hi! I don’t know what i did, but whereas FFDshow (thats a kind of DIVX right?) usually makes very small and neat files, when i use that codec now it makes HUGE files. Does anyone know how to fix this? Do i just need to reinstall a codec pack, or do i go into the settings of FFDshow somehow and change something? Are there “optional settings” that anyone can recommend”?

You have not provided nearly enough information for anyone here to help you.

I do apologize for my rather bluntly formed question, Daniel (and all the rest of you watching!). Being rather an intuitive problem solver myself i tend to focus on the point i think is the problem, and forget explaining things around it like the program version, codec version, OS and so on. Anyway, i did solve the problem easily by just importing my settings for FFDshow from another program =) So, it was a setting issue, not a codec issue.

    Best regards
