Do any of you regularly, or occasionally, provide feedback to Apple through their apple.com/feedback site?

I’ve been doing this pretty regularly since I installed FCS 2. My comments have all been about Motion (playback should stop when I say so… I don’t care what it’s doing.) Has anyone has ever heard anything back from Apple, or seen something change after submitting a feature request or bug report?

Apple is incredibly secretive about unreleased products, but the occasional, “we hear you and we’re fixing it” would make me feel a lot better about continuing to pour energy and time into getting more and more familiar with their software.

Maybe that’s just a me thing,
    Zak

Good question…Im sure hoping they are paying attention. Its to good a product to let crippling issues go unresolved.

I know they read the Motion forum so your comments won’t go unnoticed.

I was wondering about that. I posted this here because the Motion forum here at the COW always seems so dead compared to the FCP forum. I feel like there should be a general FCS forum since most of us use all of the apps to at least some degree. That said, Color should definitely still have its own forum.
