  Feature Request: Please fix the ‘snap to’ function on the razor blade

  The ‘Snap To’ function on the razor is very broken.
  It appears to snap to the cut but quite often is out 1-3 frames which makes for a very time consuming process of checking each cut.

  I often cut in VFX placeholders from reference files during the conform process and use the blade tool a lot.
