I have a scene where there is an object on a wall that I want to remove. I have gone to Edit mode, made a copy of the scene, put it on the track above, cropped a section of the wall that is clean, moved that cropped section over the object that I don’t want to see, but I can’t find a way to feather the edges of the crop so you don’t see the crop lines. Is there a way to feather the crop? I can’t seem to find a way to blur the crop in Color mode either.

If you are dedicated to generating VFX in Resolve, then perhaps the crop tool isn’t the correct choice and maybe using a power window would be more flexible. Send the key output to the layer alpha channel. Same as a green screen garbage matte and all the softening, tracking, keyframing options will be available.
