We were told by our local rep that it was May 15, but yeah it seems like people who have actually ordered are getting the end of the month as a ship date. Thinksecret (for what their worth) reports it’s suppose to also be in stores May 15th.

On my AppleStore Sweden order it will ship on May 31st
but when I asked on the Weynand website about the new FCP 6 book I revived this reply:“The book is going to ship the same day as the software…aproximately May 15th.”
Last night I did order on their website a new DVD with Diana Weynand “WHATS NEW IN FINAL CUT PRO 6?” at NAB-BEA price $19.99

I don’t think Walter was counting at NAB.
All version 1 software has some bugs — I would suspect that FCS2 is no different.

Yep!!! Exactly why I keep reminding people to clone before upgrading or updating.
