  FCPX…Share…DVD: No Longer Per Rec. 601?

  FCPX…Share…DVD no longer does the right thing with my NTSC-DV material, though it used to. During playback, only 704 x 480 should display out of the 720 x 480 pixel array, per Rec. 601. I assume some sort of metadata should tell this to the player. But when I play the resulting DVD with both DVD Player and VLC, the full 720 pixels, including transition samples on the left and right, are squeezed into the 4:3 display.

  Has anyone else experienced this?
