fcpxfree.com is now live!
We, at Coremelt, have been working away on a new resource for FCP X users for a while. Now open, https://www.fcpxfree.com/. A comprehensive directory of every free resource, templates, plugins, tutorials and LUTs that we know of for FCP X. If we missed something please tell us! Currently listing nearly 700 resources and growing. We really think this will help people to find a lot of the great free resources out there which are a bit scattered and hard to find at the moment.

It’s a major time saver especially when one has to decide to hunt to see if something already exists or make the attempt to do it yourself. Reminds me of the days of Simon Kirby’s Lunchtime Pro site and Legacy. https://lunchtimepro.blogspot.com

This is great. But I kinda wish it wasn’t limited to “free.” A one stop shop to search ALL motion/FCPX resources would be even better. Free could certainly be another search qualifier like anything else. But then, it would be a huge undertaking!

There’s Toolfarm for commercial plugins although not FCPX specific.
