    FCPX UI sluggish with Kona LHi output

    Even when editing proxies, the FCPX UI slows way down when I output to my Kona LHi card. And I’m dropping frames on my external monitor. If I disable A/V output FCPX is much happier.

    Kona LHi (10.4.5 drivers)
    OSX 10.8.3
    2 x 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    32GB RAM

    Strange. I have a Kona LHi and haven’t had any issues. Can you explain a little more about your project/setup? Have you made sure you’ve downloaded and installed the most recent Kona driver?
