FCPX top tips
I’ve been using FCPX from the start and I still learn new things about it every week from forum posts or blogs. I’d love to hear peoples top tips on how to get the best out of FCPX.
One of the biggest differences I found was putting the cache files for every library onto my internal SSD. This certainly helped the responsiveness of the timeline for me on my older Mac system

Great thread idea, Steve. Can we “pin” this one to the top? I will have to think on this.
So for the cache on the internal, is that a preference setting?

Set it in the inspector for the Library.
