  FCPX to Resolve Proxy based workflows

  There are a number of ways to use proxies when using a FCPX to Resolve workflow.
  You can create your proxies first when importing media on FCPX, and also first ingest your media in Resolve, creating proxies in the process.
  Can anyone share their preferred workflow(s)?
