  FCPX Title Errors

  In the timeline, we added a Gap (Opt + W). Then we add footage. If we select a Title called “Slide” and place it over the both the gap and footage (attaching it to the gap). When we hit play, as soon as the CTI gets to the footage the title animation starts over, even if we render the timeline.
  It drives us crazy! Why does this happen?
