FCPX recovered files reconnect?
I’ve been editing with FCP since birth so I would of figured this out using the legacy. I’m really hoping someone can chime in and help.
I have deleted an entire project that now needs to have some minor tweaks. I was able to recover partial media files and both event/project file! That’s all I really need because the media files are backed up, I just have to relink, right? How can I open this project back up in FCPX?

Whichever version was prior to the latest, I believe 10.1.3?

Then you should be able to point to the Library, open and update and Relink as needed.

I don’t have the library, for some reason it recovered outside the library and found the project/event.

If the project opens then you should be able to relink media.
