    Can anyone tell me if FCPX Optical Flow is essentially the same thing as After Effects-Premiere Pixel Motion?

    Optical Flow is a lot worse.

    Worse movement and less fluid. More artifacts.

    AE Pixel Motion and Avid Media Composer Fluid Motion are great.
