FCPX MULTICAM unable to switch between cameras.
I am using FCPX version 10.6.10 and am busy with a Multicam edit. I know how to set this up because I have done the exercise many times. My issue is that when switching between the cameras, FCPX will not switch between the cams. It stays on one angle even though I have selected the other angle. Has anyone else had this issue before & how did you solve it? Thanks.

Very odd. Try this, when you switch, then immediately stop playback, what happens?
Are you using a different format of video?
Is this project timeline longer than most?
My initial feeling is that the cut is done, but FCPX is lagging and the GUI isn’t updating right away. Any other issues with playback? Are you using mouse or keyboard to cut angles?

I had this issue too until I realized I had a third clip in my multi-cam.
It was the audio clip taking up space.
Not sure if are doing the same setup as me.
For me, I had to press “3” to access the other clip since the audio was on “1”.
