FCPX loading Automap when it’s not suppose to
I recently bought a Novation Nocturn to map the controls from plugins in Logic Pro 9, and it was installed to work with Logic Pro 9 only, the Automap software supplied shows nothing setup for FCPX, and doesn’t even state it works with it. I’ve never seen it mentioned that it works with it anywhere else either. Yet every-time I load FCPX it keeps loading Automap as well, even when the device is not plugged into the computer.
This would not be so much of an issue, but it takes about 3 times longer to load FCPX because of it’s faffing about. Yet there are so few settings in FCPX, with nothing relating to external devices. The Automap software that is designed for the Nocturn doesn’t even show FCPX as being setup or an option to be setup, and consequently has no options to stop it from happening.
Automap is not configured to load on startup or anything, only when I start Logic Pro, so why can I not stop it from loading with FCPX!?
