  FCPX events on external HD have disappeared. How do I retrieve them???

  Hello,

  Today I was waorking on a project in FCPX, and when I went to create a new project FCP said that there was an error while trying to save. I restarted FCPX and when I opened it back up all of my events were empty including the ones I was working on. It’s possible that one of the sub video folders in one of the events folders was moved but that should only make a select few clips go off line and not every single project. Is it possible that FCPX encountered a glitch and just trashed all of my work?

  Please help if you have any suggestions, I have a deadline that I’m supposed to meet coming up soon and I need to figure this out.
