FCPX can’t copy project.
I’ve been working through all my FCPX projects, copying them from one hard drive to another, by selecting the project then going to File>copy event to Library, then selecting the hard drive. This has work perfectly for all my projects. But on one project FCP seems to take a much longer time and eventually FCP shows up as “not responding” when you launch force quit…
It happens every time I try to do it. I’ve fixed disk permissions and trashed my FCP preferences. Still get the same result…
Any ideas how to stop this happening and transfer then the project to another hard drive??

Is there anything in this project that is different? Plugins, motion templates, media, etc?
What is the source media? Is the media managed or external? Do you have Proxy or Optimized media?
Have you tried exporting an XML and importing it in the new Event on the other hard drive? What happens?
