Hello. I’m new to Davinci Resolve. I made a test video file in FCPX just to be shure I see it the same way in FCPX’ and Resolve’s vectorscopes. And there is a difference between what I see. How can I fix that?

    Thank you.

In Resolve, if you select your clip and right click and go to Clip Attributes and set it to Video (or Auto) rather than Full, you should see the same result as you are seeing in FCP X.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Thank you.

I would check normal SMPTE bars and see if they align in the calibration boxes.

I also don’t recommend internal scopes for anything — you’ll get more accurate results (in general) with external scopes.

This tells me FCPX is either interpreting the footage wrong, or doing something to it internally.

(This also tells me you might want to be careful if coloring in FCPX)

“How do I fix it?” Don’t color in FCPX?
