Hi Shane,

Sorry to go back to the well here but I’m stuck again. I updated the fX pluggin on my mac and everything works great on my tower. a client of mine has a macbookpro and has been having problems with the exact same P2 volumes. He has updated the plugin except his log and transfer window produces a spinning beach ball of death when he selects a clip to add to the transfer que.

are there any other known reasons for this?

Try removing the FXPlug plugins. I learned that the LOG AND TRANSFER window and the FX Plug plugins share, or try to share, the same system resources because of the type of computer code they are written with. The L&T window might be conflicting with this, or some other FXPLUG plugin.
