FCP>Motion>FCP
Fairly new to Motion so bear with me. Had a group of clips in FCP that I wanted to put a title animation on. Sent the group to Motion, added the title animation. Went back to FCP, rendered the updated clip. When I play the sequence in the timeline, the rendered Motion clip is just a clip of black. If I double-click the clip and load it in the Viewer, I can step through it and see the animation with no problem, but it won’t load in the canvas at all.
I am running Final Cut Studio 2 on a MacBook with a 2GHz processor and 1.5 GB of memory.
Any suggestions the forum could give me would be appreciated.

You could check your clip’s Alpha Type setting in FCP.
