im searching for some help here. when i export my timeline sequence which is 15 minutes long montage, using HD video from the Canon 5D Mark2 camera. to a quicktime movie self contained movie from final cut but i end up with a slow and choppy playback movie but on top of that i can’t seem to compress the file with quicktime pro, compressor, or adobe media encoder. the encode process will freeze 2 minutes in.

i have double checked my settings and everything within final cut and everything seems fine. so my issue is that i can’t export a decent final cut quicktime movie from fcp without it being slow, choppy, and skipy and much less compress the file.
