fcp5 playback funny
I have a dual 2ghz G5 an Aja io setup. Its got plenty of ram (2gb) and 4Tb of disc space but I have an odd problem with it.
Having just installed FCP 5 and the 5.02 upgrade to get rid of the green line at the bottom of screen. I can now get a clean full screen output on by broadcast monitor but the image in my viewer is a still frame.
Anyone have a clue as to what setting I may have wrong or is there a new driver I need. I have tried the latest Aja v2.0 drivers but they would not install properly, and so I reverted to my old v1.2 drivers.

Check what you have selected for your playback output settings which I believe are under audio/video settings. Make sure you have the correct playback selected for your output type, i.e. compnenet, etc.

I tried trashing my preferences, and lo and behold it worked properly. I should have tried this before posting.
