  FCP5 Drop Frame Error

  In 4.5, FCP would save a clip that was terminated due to dropped frames as something like “Filename”AV-1 or some variation there of in the Capture Scratch folder. Is this option still available in FCP5? It was great becasue I didn’t have to recapture the full clip and could keep atleast a partial file. I hope there is a way in the Preferences to change this.
