  • FCP X says audio plug ins are not authorized and quits

Posted by Ty Ford on October 23, 2017 at 4:24 pm

    Hi,

After upgrading to 10.1.4, I can no longer use any audio plug ins When I start FCP X I get the below compatibility statement ands list. Then FCP X crashes. How can I get the Apple audio plugins, like basic EQ to work?

    Thanks,

    Ty Ford

While verifying Audio Unit compatibility, Final Cut Pro encountered 28 Audio Unit plug-in(s) which did not pass the Apple AU validation. These plug-ins have been excluded from further usage in Final Cut Pro to prevent possible problems or crashes.
